Of great importance is the practical component of the curriculum, which allows the Volga region Academy to organize a modern sports infrastructure of Kazan and the University. And, of course, the status of the leading speakers of the School says a lot to the specialists who have applied for training. Professor Frank Daumann - doctor of Economics and author of the MBA program is head of the Department of sports Economics at Friedrich Schiller University. His interests include analysis of sports markets, doping issues, management of sports organizations and sports marketing. Markus Breuer - Professor of sports management and management, head of the master of Sport Management program at the University of applied Sciences in Heidelberg. His profile is management and Economics of professional sports. And Professor Christoph rasche from the University of Potsdam heads the Institute of sports science and is a co-editor of the magazines "Leadership" and "Strategic management". So not only students, but also teachers of the Volga region Academy, who actively interact with Western colleagues, exchanging experience, will have the opportunity to study at the School.
Participants from different regions of Russia – their representation compared to last year increased from 12 to 27 cities, including Moscow, Rostov-on-don, Irkutsk, Kaliningrad, Saratov, Kurgan, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Omsk, Tomsk, Perm and Vologda – for two weeks will not only pass the theoretical course, testing their arguments in practical classes, but also to protect their own project. This final certification will allow the participants of the school to receive an international certificate.
The number of those wishing to pass this free of charge for 30 students of the School training, this year twice exceeded the project. Among the selected, students, undergraduates and graduate students. 6 places "reserved" for the most promising graduate students and undergraduates of the Academy. At the initiative of the working group headed by the project's Vice-rector for academic Affairs Almaz Galimov, the school program this year will include topical issues of management in the fitness industry, research in sports management, as well as management of sports organizations, their commercial activities and entrepreneurship in sports. In addition, the lecturers will discuss with the audience financial and project management in the field of sports.

It is worth noting that additional topics are introduced in the course without compromising its integrity. Students, as in the past year, will hear lectures on such "hot" topics as "the economy of doping" and "corruption in international sports organizations", as well as basic "sports market", "determinants of demand", "economic features of the sports League" and others…
Traditionally, an extracurricular program for students promises to be rich and interesting. A visit to the main sports arenas of Kazan the world championship of professional skill "WorldSkills Kazan 2019".
In General, in mid-August, the Volga region Academy will once again become a platform for discussions, exchange of experience and development of creative skills to solve non-standard problems. Not only interesting lectures, but also fascinating practical tasks are waiting for the listeners.  Upon completion of the course, participants will receive an international certificate.
